Terms and conditions
Resins are very prone to breakages, so they are packaged in the most safe & secure way. But damage might still occur during shipping.
It is possible you may receive a product suffering from any snaps and/or scratches.
In case of clean breaks and severe damage, we will go to the greatest extent to get you a replacement part. However, We are still depending on the studio to do so, and if they decline or halt communication, we will not be able to provide you with one and you are then expected to glue it yourself or find someone who can fix it.
If you experience any minor scratching or small chips broken off, we will not be able to provide you with a replacement part, as it will become too costly for studios to do so.
*All Packages are sent from China. It’s very normal if you don’t see a tracking update for weeks. Carriers such as UPS, FEDEX and DPD will show tracking once the package is oversea.
Packages are considered Lost if they are not delivered within 4 months and you shall receive a full refund in such case.
Refund and cancellation policy
We have a strict NO REFUND policy, since all products are hand and custom made. Feel free to ask us before you buy if you are not sure about something.
ORDER CANCELLATION is also a NO. Because orders are sent out in an automated manner within hours, we can’t manage even immediate cancellations. If you purchased the wrong product, put the wrong address or your kid made the purchase without your approval. You bear full responsibility!
