We are sorry that you have had issues with your purchase, sadly it’s part of the nature of these products, well part of the hobby. No one can guarantee 100% issue free products or delivery.
Here you can fill in a report in case you received something damaged or missing and we will help you out. We will try our best to replace parts, but if we can’t we will compensate you with a partial refund. According to our terms and conditions, we ca not refund more than 25% of the product value.
Suggestions on what you can do
- In case of a clean break, we strongly suggest that you glue the parts together with either superglue or epoxy glue.
- Rough breaks could be fixed by sending it to a professional repair service, if you ask around in the community someone will surely know somebody who can help.
- If you have received a damaged package (torn, squashed, damaged corner) you can try to contact the delivery company and claim compensation.
